Ricky Skiathitis

Owner / Coach

10+ Years Coaching Experience

4 year Veteran - Infantryman, Operational experience.

Starting Run of the Mil fitness in 2015, after discharging from the Military: Ricky's goals were to operate an inclusive and creative space for everyone with a heavy focus on building culture and a community.

A holistic view to life is one thing that Ricky prides himself on when it comes to approaching training.

Mathew Baddack

Nutrition / Coach

7 Years Coaching Experience

5 year Veteran - Infantryman, Operational experience.

Matty has an extensive background in the military and fitness industry, however it's his approach that makes the experience very personal.

With a diploma in Sports Nutrition, Matty specialises in body composition goals and training.

Our dedicated class to take care of your cardiovascular needs. Learn to build using pacing, interval and endurance based monostructural work including bike, rowing, running plus much more.


Friday pump day, getting you ready for the weekend with your favourite lifts and blood pumping isolation movements; guaranteed to earn a cheeky flex on the way out. 


Let's face it, cardio is hardio and if you love a good sweat then this class is for you.
