Testimonals
"I go to the gym to train physical and mentality. I love walking into Run of the Mil knowing that when I walk OUT I will take something with me each time to progress my daily life.
To me, Run of the Mil feels like a team all working towards similar goals, a supportive community.
Personally, the best thing to come out of being at Run of the Mil is the connections and friendships I have made to make all of this fitness so much fun!"
Emma Gardner
"Since joining Run of the Mil, I’ve trained consistently for the first time in my life.

The training blocks target specific strength, skill in areas that complement football.

It’s more than a gym, it’s a close knit community and everyone gets around each other.

There’s no better feeling than hitting a PR and hearing the coaches and members cheering you on!"
Steph Foran
"I am 62 years old and have been training at Run of the Mil for nearly 6 years.

During this time I have gained renewed confidence, increased my strength and fitness and improved my state of health.
Competing in Masters competitions has definitely been a highlight for me.
A very friendly supportive community where everyone is welcome and valued!"
